Different needs. One family.

Individual care. Shared growth.

You don't all need the same kind of support. That's the point.

Space for each person

Your own needs deserve attention, too.

One-on-one sessions offer space to work on personal challenges, build coping skills, and understand yourself beyond your role in the family.

  • Personal goals and a pace that fits
  • Room for honest, private conversations
  • Tools to bring into everyday life

What's feeling heaviest?

Pick one. You can say more when we talk.

Biggest pain point

A little about your family. A conversation about what comes next.

A little clarity

Good questions. Honest answers.

It's okay to have a few before you start.

Who is family counseling for?

Families who want to grow individually and build healthier relationships together. That can include parents, teens, adult children, partners, or other family members. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Our team will confirm age eligibility, location, and the right services for each person.

Is this individual therapy or family sessions?

Both can be part of the plan. Some people start one-on-one. Others start with family or group sessions. Tell us who is considering care, and our team will help explore a starting point.

Does everyone have to participate?

You can start the conversation even if some family members are not ready. Each person's willingness, needs, and consent help shape the plan.

Are individual sessions private?

Individual sessions give each person space to focus on their own needs. Your clinicians will explain confidentiality, consent, and what can be shared during family sessions, including the specific rules that apply to minors.

Do we have to be on the same insurance plan?

You can inquire even if family members use different plans. Share the insurance companies you know in the form. Our team will review coverage, explain any costs, and discuss self-pay options. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm insurance coverage.

What if someone also needs medication?

This page is focused on therapy. If medication support may also be needed, we can point you to family psychiatry and help coordinate next steps.

What happens after I submit the form?

Our team will contact the adult listed on the inquiry to learn about your family, discuss service availability and insurance, and help with next steps. This is a request for a conversation; it does not book an appointment or commit your family to treatment.

For the family you are. And the family you're becoming.

One small step, together.

No commitment. Just a conversation about what's possible.
