Anywhere Clinic LLC ("Anywhere Clinic," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Anywhere Clinic.

This Policy applies to users of our website, individuals who communicate with us electronically or by phone, and those who voluntarily provide personal information to us. This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from our site.

Certain health-related information provided directly to affiliated medical groups or clinicians may be governed by separate privacy notices issued by those entities.

Neither Anywhere Clinic nor the Affiliated Medical Groups qualify as a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its amendments and regulations ("HIPAA"). Nonetheless, any Personal Information you provide may be subject to specific protections under applicable state laws, and Anywhere Clinic and its Affiliated Medical Groups may only use and disclose such information in compliance with such applicable laws.

II. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that information from a minor has been collected, we will promptly delete it. Questions may be directed to privacy@anywhereclinic.com.

We may collect:

B. Automatically Collected Information

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are loaded only if you consent through our cookie banner or Cookie Preferences settings. We do not intentionally send protected health information or appointment intake form fields to analytics or advertising partners through our website code. Scheduling data you enter is transmitted to our scheduling systems of record, not to marketing pixels.

V. SMS Communications

SMS Consent & Purpose

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Anywhere Clinic LLC may send non-marketing SMS messages related to:

  • Account notifications
  • General service-related updates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also text STOP to 754-701-2805.

Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not required to use our website or services.

VI. Your Choices

You have the following choices with respect to your Personal Information:

  • Access, Update, or Delete Your Information, If you have registered for an account with us, you can contact us to request changes to the account.
  • Opt-out of Email Marketing Communications, Follow the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any marketing emails.
  • Text Marketing, Reply STOP to marketing messages or text STOP to 754-701-2805.
  • Mobile Location Data, You can disable our access to your device's precise geolocation in your mobile device settings.
  • Cookie & Tracking Preferences, Use the cookie banner on your first visit or select Cookie Preferences in our website footer to accept, deny, or customize analytics and advertising cookies. See Section XIII.
  • Opt Out of Sale or Share (California and similar laws), Toggle Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in Cookie Preferences, or email privacy@anywhereclinic.com. See Do Not Sell or Share.
  • Advertising Choices, You may also limit interest-based advertising through your browser settings and industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.

You will need to apply these opt-out settings on each device from which you wish to opt out.

Logins via Third-Party Platforms: If you choose to connect to our services through Google or another third-party platform, you may be able to use your settings in your account with that platform to limit the information we receive.

  • Affiliated Medical Groups, For purposes consistent with this Policy so they can deliver healthcare services to you
  • Service Providers, Organizations performing services on our behalf
  • Payment Processors, Such as GoHighLevel / FastPay and other payment vendors used for self-pay scheduling checkout
  • Analytics Partners, Including Google Analytics and Vercel (when you consent to Analytics cookies)
  • Advertising Partners, Including Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads (when you consent to Targeted Advertising cookies)
  • Professional Advisors, Such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers
  • Legal or Regulatory Authorities, When required by law or legal process
  • Business Successors, In the event of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state privacy laws, certain disclosures of personal information to advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share.” Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Section XIII and Section VI.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their actions. A. Notice to Nevada Residents

Anywhere Clinic does not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information to third parties according to Nevada law. However, if you are a resident of Nevada and would like to submit a request not to sell your personally identifiable information, you may do so by contacting us at info@anywhereclinic.com.

B. Notice to California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”), including the right to know categories of personal information collected, the right to delete certain information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use Cookie Preferences on our website and enable Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or contact privacy@anywhereclinic.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents may also request information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Submit requests using the contact information in Section XIV.

X. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, security risk is inherent in all web-based and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information, including your username and password.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date and posting the revised Policy on our website. Your use of our services after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

This section describes how we use cookies and similar technologies on anywhereclinic.com, how they relate to the choices in our cookie banner, and which third parties may receive data when you opt in. You can change your choices at any time using Cookie Preferences in the website footer (jump to categories).

  • On your first visit, a banner asks you to Accept, Deny Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences.
  • Non-essential cookies are off by default until you opt in.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so we can remember it on return visits.

Targeted Advertising

Used to measure ad campaigns, attribute appointments booked from ads, and improve advertising effectiveness. Loaded only if you enable Targeted Advertising in Cookie Preferences (and have not enabled Do Not Sell or Share).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Residents of California and certain other states may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. When this toggle is on, we do not load Targeted Advertising or Analytics cookies described above, and we do not fire advertising conversion events from our website on your browser.
