This Policy is applicable to visitors of our website, our application users, and individuals who establish accounts with us via the website or app. This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites or applications that may collect information, link to, or be accessible from the Service. Additionally, this Policy does not extend to identifiable health information you provide to Anywhere Clinic’s affiliated medical practitioners as part of their intake, clinical treatment, or medical records concerning you. Neither Anywhere Clinic nor the Affiliated Medical Groups qualify as a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its amendments and regulations (“HIPAA”). Nonetheless, any Personal Information you provide may be subject to specific protections under applicable state laws, and Anywhere Clinic and its Affiliated Medical Groups may only use and disclose such information in compliance with such applicable laws.

A. International Users; Use Outside the U.S.

The Service is exclusively intended for users within the United States. Individuals located outside of the United States should refrain from using the Service. If you are outside the United States, information pertaining to your use of our Service may be transferred, processed, or maintained outside of your state and country, and may be governed by laws in your location that may offer less rigorous protections than those in the United States.

B. Privacy for Children

Our Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age and above. Our Service does not intentionally collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18 (“Minors”). We do not solicit or knowingly gather information from Minors, and upon becoming aware of any such information being collected, we will promptly take measures to remove it. Moreover, where we de-identify your Personal Information, we pledge to maintain that data in de-identified format.

A. Information You Supply to Us.

  • Personal Information you may provide us through the Service includes:

  • Contact data - such as your name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, and telephone number

  • Demographic Information - such as your city, state, zip code, gender, and age

  • Profile data - such as the username and password you create for an online account with us, preferences, information regarding your participation in our surveys, and any additional information you add to your account profile

  • Health-related information - such as details about your mental health conditions or diagnoses, pregnancy status, your usage of specific medications, health condition related symptoms, and other health-related information you opt to provide us through our website’s initial candidate survey. The responses you provide to the initial candidate survey assist us in determining if we are available in your state and your eligibility. Your responses are not shared with third-party advertising or marketing programs; however, certain marketing and advertising services are automatically notified when a survey is completed for business analytics, advertising, and marketing purposes.

  • Communications we exchange with you when you contact us via email, phone, or text with inquiries or feedback, or communicate with us directly through social media, or otherwise.

  • Transactional data - such as details required to finalize your orders through the Service, including order numbers and transaction history. All financial and credit card information is processed and stored directly by our service provider Stripe.

  • Marketing data - such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications from us and details about your engagement with them.

B. Information From Automated Data Collection; Cookies and Trackers

  • We receive certain information about you through companies that supply us with such data as part of their relationship with us, including Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hotjar, Impact, Microsoft Bing Ads, Stripe, Twitter Ads, and other tools. These organizations may automatically log device data, online activity data, and geolocation data.

  • Analytics - Our Service collaborates with analytics firms that monitor online activity to comprehend the number of unique users visiting the Service and to understand user navigation within our Services.

  • Advertising - We also collaborate with advertising networks that may track you to assess the effectiveness of advertisements, thereby enabling personalized advertisements or offers to be presented to you. These third parties may employ cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to gather information about your use of our Services and other websites and mobile apps – this information may include your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, actions completed on the website and in our mobile app, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. C. Compliance and Protection.

Affiliated Medical Groups. For purposes consistent with this Policy so that they can deliver healthcare services to you.

Anywhere Clinic’s service providers include organizations that may process data that we collect or that is collected for us at our request. Mobile Location Data. You can disable our access to your device’s precise geolocation in your mobile device settings.

Advertising Choices. You can limit the use of your information for interest-based advertising by:

  • Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

  • Using privacy browsers or ad-blocking browser plug-ins that let you block tracking technologies.

A. Notice to Nevada Residents Anywhere Clinic does not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information to third parties according to Nevada law.
