Are groups covered by insurance?

Yes. Groups are billed through your insurance. Use the Enroll button on this page to reserve a seat through the patient portal.

How do I sign up?

Use the Enroll button for a group listed here. It opens the patient portal so you can reserve your seat. Meeting links are shared after you sign up. If nothing listed fits, join the waitlist on this page.

Do I need to be a current patient?

No. Groups are open to the community. You can create a patient portal account when you sign up, even if you do not have an appointment yet.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are clinician-facilitated, camera-optional, and designed to be welcoming whether it is your first visit or a weekly habit. The current group’s description on this page has the details for that meeting.

How does the waitlist work?
