Innerwell’s published 8-dose Foundation program sells consults, one psychotherapy session, and eight self-guided treatments as a package: about $1,098 self-pay ($125 per treatment, or 3 payments of $366) or about $650 on their insurance track ($81 per treatment, or 2 payments of $325).

That per-treatment number looks lower because the visits are amortized into the program. You are buying eight doses up front — or twenty-four on the Extended program — whether you finish them or not.

A psychiatric visit is $150 self-pay, or billed to commercial insurance when we are in-network. Medication is handled directly between you and the pharmacy — typically $80–$100 for a month of treatments (up to 4–8). Medication management and supportive therapy are included in the visit.

First month self-pay is usually $230–$250. With insurance, it is often a copay plus the pharmacy fill. You are not prepaying unused doses if you pause, move, or the clinic changes.

Bring visit notes, dose, pharmacy, and how you responded. Your Anywhere Clinic provider reviews that history and decides independently whether ketamine remains clinically appropriate. We cannot promise the same dose, schedule, or that a prescription will be written.

Ketamine is prescribed off-label and is not FDA-approved for any psychiatric condition. Some states require an in-person first visit before a controlled substance can be prescribed.
