Our program supports individuals looking to improve their mental health and achieve long-term success. Anywhere Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychiatric Physician Assistant to service Multiple States. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while embodying the core values of Anywhere Clinic. This is a full remote role, and will remain as such unless telehealth laws change drastically. This role offers an opportunity for independent contribution as a 1099 contractor. Providers begin at a competitive pay rate of $85.00 per scheduled hour of patient care at any Anywhere Clinic location. For Telemed shifts, compensation grows incrementally by $5 per hour, reaching a cap of $95.00 per scheduled hour within the first year.

Responsibilities

  • See and treat patients independently within requested schedule times for a minimum of two (2) hours a shift
  • Update patient chart notes with current information based on their last appointment; notes must be completed within 24 hours
  • Complete and sign labs, letters, forms, prior authorization requests, or other medical records for patients
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, PAs, NPs, and therapists as part of a holistic care team
  • Adapt to varying work days and hours, including holiday weeks as needed

Qualifications

  • Multi-state licensed Psychiatric Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team transforming mental health care
  • Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people
  • Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence with intuitive sensitivity and empathic support
  • Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth
  • Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics
  • Deep compassion and empathy for others
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential information
  • A willingness to learn and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability and tools to work remotely
