Those trials used IV infusions. Evidence for at-home dosing is more limited, and results vary from person to person. Ketamine is prescribed off-label and is not FDA-approved for any psychiatric condition.

At-home ketamine starts with a video evaluation. You take the medication yourself at home, with a peer support adult present; no clinician is in the room. Our team helps determine whether ketamine is appropriate based on your medical history and treatment goals, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
