Veteran-focused TMS

Built for service members who need another option

TriWest accepted

When the VA has approved Community Care through TriWest, we verify your authorization and coordinate billing so you can focus on treatment — not paperwork.

Confidential care

Your records stay protected. We coordinate with the VA only when you authorize it, and we keep clinical decisions between you and your provider.

Trauma-informed

Dr. Popov reviews depression criteria, prior med trials, and co-occurring PTSD or anxiety symptoms so the plan fits your real story — not a generic checklist.

Las Vegas only

Every TMS session happens on-site in Las Vegas. No travel to an out-of-state device center — your mapping and course stay with our local team.

The details

What to know before you start

Las Vegas in-clinic TMS for veterans — TriWest coordination, insurance, and what to expect before your first session with Dr. Popov.

Why veterans look for TMS

Many veterans have tried multiple antidepressants for major depression, with limited relief or hard-to-tolerate side effects. TMS is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive option that uses magnetic pulses — not another daily medication — to stimulate mood-related brain circuits.

Depression and PTSD often travel together after service. TMS is cleared for major depressive disorder and OCD; your consult with Dr. Popov reviews whether TMS fits your history, including trauma-related symptoms, sleep disruption, and prior medication trials.

TriWest & VA Community Care in Nevada

TriWest Healthcare Alliance administers VA Community Care in Nevada (Region 4). If the VA has issued you an approved Community Care authorization for specialty mental health or TMS, bring that paperwork to your consult — we accept TriWest-backed authorizations and help coordinate billing before treatment begins.

You do not need a VA referral to schedule a private consult with us. Many veterans use a spouse’s commercial plan, employer coverage, or self-pay while pursuing authorization. Our team verifies benefits either way and submits prior authorization for treatment-resistant depression when clinically appropriate.

For broader veteran mental health services beyond TMS, see our veterans care page. To confirm a commercial plan, use the insurance checker.

Las Vegas TMS for veterans — what to expect

TMS is delivered in person at Anywhere Clinic’s Las Vegas location (Calm Clinic). It is not a telehealth treatment. Sessions are typically short weekday visits over several weeks, with motor-threshold mapping at the start of your course.

Booking for TMS is limited to Dr. Michael Popov. He confirms candidacy, oversees the protocol, and coordinates with our clinic team for daily sessions.

Confidentiality and readiness

Care at Anywhere Clinic is HIPAA-protected. We do not share treatment details with command, employers, or the VA without your written authorization.

If you are in crisis or need urgent safety support, contact the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1) or local emergency services. TMS is an outpatient specialty treatment, not an emergency service.
