What to expect from your care

Serious illness, aging, mortality, and profound loss can raise questions that standard symptom checklists miss: What matters now? Who am I becoming? How do I live with uncertainty? We offer meaning-centered therapy and psychiatric support for patients and families navigating life's hardest transitions.

  • Existential & grief-focused therapy
  • Support during chronic or terminal illness
  • Psychiatric care for anxiety & depression
  • Family education & collaboration with medical teams

End-of-Life Support

Your care, explained

What to know before you start — written by our clinical team, not a generic template.

When the Questions Are Bigger Than Symptoms

Existential distress can look like depression or anxiety on a form, but it often centers on meaning, identity, regret, spirituality, and fear of the unknown. A cancer recurrence, progressive disability, or the approaching death of someone you love can shake assumptions you built your life on.

This program makes space for those conversations — without rushing you toward false positivity or premature closure.

Support Across the Continuum

Some patients seek care during active treatment; others years after a loss. Therapy may draw on meaning-centered approaches, grief counseling, legacy work, and values clarification. Psychiatric evaluation addresses insomnia, panic, and depression that compound existential pain.

We collaborate with palliative teams, oncologists, and hospice professionals when you want coordination. We do not replace hospice medical care or emergency services.

Spiritual questions are welcomed as part of your experience — explored respectfully without imposing any belief system.

For Patients and Families

Families often struggle alongside the person who is ill — carrying anticipatory grief, caregiver burnout, or conflict about decisions. With consent, sessions can include loved ones for education and communication support.

If you are in immediate crisis or danger, contact emergency services or call/text 988 in the U.S. This program supports ongoing processing and stabilization, not acute emergency response.
