Getting across South Florida for an appointment can eat an afternoon: the Palmetto, I-95 at rush hour, or the causeways out of Miami Beach. Video visits skip all of it. You can be seen from home in Hialeah, a parked car in Doral, or a quiet room near your office in Brickell or downtown Fort Lauderdale.

We see adults across Miami-Dade and Broward, including Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Plantation. Students at the University of Miami, FIU, and Nova Southeastern can book too, as long as they're in Florida for each visit.

Medicaid: we're in network with Florida Medicaid, but several Medicaid managed-care plans, including Simply Healthcare, Aetna Better Health, Florida Community Care, and UnitedHealthcare's Medicaid plan, aren't in our network yet. Choose Medicaid in the booking tool to check your plan; if it isn't in network, you can book self-pay at $150 per visit.

Employer, individual and Medicare plans: Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare, and Original Medicare plus Medicare Advantage plans where listed. Tricare is in network for military families, including those connected to Homestead Air Reserve Base.

Florida Blue isn't in our network yet. Without insurance, a visit is $150; see our pricing page.

Your first visit is a 30 to 40 minute video evaluation with a Florida-licensed psychiatric clinician. You keep the same provider at every follow-up. When medication is part of your plan, prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose. A prescription is never guaranteed, and some controlled medications may need an in-person visit. Federal telehealth rules for controlled substances are temporary through Dec 31, 2026 and may change.

The booking tool shows each provider's real open times, so you can see what's available before you book. Insurance visits must be booked at least 72 hours ahead so we can check your benefits. Online psychiatry is mental health care from a licensed prescriber over secure video instead of in an office. You get the same core services: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management. At Anywhere Clinic, you can also add talk therapy, with your prescriber and therapist coordinating your care.

You complete a short intake, choose insurance or self-pay, and book a video appointment. If you use insurance, we check your benefits before the visit. At the first visit, your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then recommends a plan. If medication is appropriate, it's sent to your pharmacy. Follow-ups happen by video with the same provider.

Yes. Our providers are licensed in 47 states and D.C., and you can see one by secure video from home if you're in a state we serve during the visit. Choose your state when you book to see providers and times. Telehealth isn't right for every situation, so your provider confirms it fits at your first visit.

Yes, when your provider decides medication is appropriate after evaluating you. Licensed psychiatric prescribers can prescribe most psychiatric medications over video, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. You won't get one just by asking. Controlled substances, such as stimulants, are more tightly regulated and depend on your state and your provider's judgment. We don't prescribe controlled substances in Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

For many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD, research finds outcomes from video care comparable to office visits. Results still vary by person and condition. Some situations, like a crisis or a need for in-person assessment, call for face-to-face care, and your provider will tell you if that applies.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider will discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan.
