Blue Cross Blue Shield is a group of separate companies, each covering its own state or region. Being in network with one Blue company doesn't mean we're in network with another, so check the plan name on your card against the list on this page.
If your card is from a Blue company in a different state than the one you live in, choose it when you book or ask our team to check before your first visit.
Many Anthem plans have mental health benefits managed by Carelon Behavioral Health, formerly Beacon Health Options. If your Anthem card shows Carelon or Beacon, choose Anthem when you book.
Your first visit is a 30 to 40 minute evaluation by video with a psychiatric clinician licensed in your state, and you keep the same provider at follow-ups. A prescription is never guaranteed, and controlled substances may require an in-person visit. Federal telehealth rules for controlled substances are temporary through Dec 31, 2026 and may change. Georgia requires an in-person visit within 12 months. Visits before then can be by secure video. Call (702) 848-2256 to schedule.
