Your first visit is a 30 to 40 minute video evaluation with a Georgia-licensed psychiatric clinician. We review your history, current symptoms, prior medications, and goals, then build a treatment plan you agree with. When medication is part of your plan, prescriptions go to any Georgia pharmacy, such as CVS, Kroger, Publix, or Walgreens. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Same provider, visit after visit. Atlanta-metro patients use us to skip the I-285 commute to Buckhead or Decatur; rural patients in Tifton, Valdosta, Dalton, and the barrier islands use us because the in-person alternative is a four-hour round trip to Augusta University or Mercer.

In Georgia we're in network with Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Tricare. We aren't in network with Georgia Medicaid yet, and Medicaid can't be billed out of network, so self-pay is $150 per visit. If another plan isn't listed, check it on our insurance checker. We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder for adults across Georgia. We are not an emergency or crisis service — Georgia patients in crisis should call the Georgia Crisis & Access Line at 1-800-715-4225 or 988. We don't handle court-ordered evaluations or chronic high-dose benzodiazepine (Schedule IV) regimens; those cases belong with an in-person practice or an academic center.

Online psychiatry is mental health care from a licensed prescriber over secure video instead of in an office. You get the same core services: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management. At Anywhere Clinic, you can also add talk therapy, with your prescriber and therapist coordinating your care.

You complete a short intake, choose insurance or self-pay, and book a video appointment. If you use insurance, we check your benefits before the visit. At the first visit, your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then recommends a plan. If medication is appropriate, it's sent to your pharmacy. Follow-ups happen by video with the same provider.

Yes. Our providers are licensed in 47 states and D.C., and you can see one by secure video from home if you're in a state we serve during the visit. Choose your state when you book to see providers and times. Telehealth isn't right for every situation, so your provider confirms it fits at your first visit.

Yes, when your provider decides medication is appropriate after evaluating you. Licensed psychiatric prescribers can prescribe most psychiatric medications over video, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. You won't get one just by asking. Controlled substances, such as stimulants, are more tightly regulated and depend on your state and your provider's judgment. We don't prescribe controlled substances in Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

For many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD, research finds outcomes from video care comparable to office visits. Results still vary by person and condition. Some situations, like a crisis or a need for in-person assessment, call for face-to-face care, and your provider will tell you if that applies.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider will discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan.
