- Colorado: Health First Colorado
- Florida: Florida Medicaid (Simply Healthcare, Aetna Better Health and some other managed-care plans aren't in network yet)
- Louisiana: Louisiana Medicaid (Aetna Better Health of Louisiana isn't in network) (no controlled substances)

Medicaid covers psychiatric evaluation and medication management when they're medically necessary, including visits by video. Most members are enrolled in a managed-care plan run by a health plan company, and that plan's name is on your card.
Choose your state and your Medicaid plan when you book. We check your coverage before your first visit, so you know ahead of time whether you owe anything.
The AHCCCS health plans (Mercy Care, Banner University Health Plans, Arizona Complete Health, Care1st, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Magellan Complete Care) aren't in our network yet.
Your first visit is a 30 to 40 minute evaluation by video with a psychiatric clinician licensed in your state, and you keep the same provider at follow-ups. A prescription is never guaranteed, and controlled substances may require an in-person visit. Federal telehealth rules for controlled substances are temporary through Dec 31, 2026 and may change. Georgia requires an in-person visit within 12 months. Visits before then can be by secure video. Call (702) 848-2256 to schedule.
