In-person first, telehealth after
Alabama requires every patient to be seen in person before any telehealth care can begin. Your first visit with us is an in-person evaluation — that's where we run a full assessment, build your treatment plan, and get a prescription to your pharmacy the same day. After that initial visit, ongoing follow-ups can happen by video from your home, your office, or wherever you are in the state. In-person appointments are available by request only — call or text us at (702) 848-2256 to schedule.
Once you've established care, the video model is what makes ongoing treatment fast and easy. Most Alabamians stay with the same provider visit after visit instead of waiting two months for each follow-up at UAB, Brookwood Baptist, or a private practice in Mountain Brook — no waiting room, no fuel cost, no time off work after that first appointment.
