How it works

Three steps to care in Colorado

Start here

Military families in El Paso County

Tricare isn't in our Colorado network right now, so we can't bill it. Spouses, dependents, and retirees connected to Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, and the Air Force Academy who have Medicare, Health First Colorado, or an employer plan we take can book by video, or self-pay at $150 per visit.

Video visits fit around deployments, PCS moves, and shift work on post. If you move out of Colorado, our providers are licensed in most U.S. states and Washington, D.C., so you may be able to keep the same practice.

Care that fits real life

Video visits from home, the same clinician over time, and a clear plan — so getting psychiatry in Colorado feels steady, not chaotic.

Dig into the details

Medicaid: Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) is in network for video psychiatric care. Medicare: Original Medicare and the Medicare Advantage plans listed in the booking tool.

Employer and individual plans: Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Self-pay is $150 per visit; see our pricing.

Your first visit is a 30 to 40 minute video evaluation with a Colorado-licensed psychiatric clinician. You keep the same provider at every follow-up. When medication is part of your plan, prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Join from Briargate, Old Colorado City, Fountain, Monument, or up Ute Pass in Woodland Park, with no drive down Powers Boulevard or I-25. UCCS students and Pikes Peak State College students can book around classes.

Anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD evaluation and treatment, bipolar disorder, and sleep problems. Some medications, including controlled substances, may require an in-person visit under federal law. Federal telehealth rules for controlled substances are temporary through Dec 31, 2026 and may change.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about this service.

Not right now. Tricare isn't in our Colorado network, so we can't bill it. If you also have Medicare, Health First Colorado, or an employer plan we take, you can book with that, or self-pay at $150 per visit.

Self-pay is $150 per visit, new and follow-up, with a Colorado-licensed provider by video.

Yes. Health First Colorado, the state's Medicaid program, is in network for patients in Colorado Springs and across El Paso County.

It depends on your new state. Your clinician can keep seeing you only if they're licensed there, and each of our clinicians is licensed in different states, so ask our team when you get orders.

Coverage depends on your state and plan. Choose your state and plan in the booking tool to see providers in network for it, or book self-pay at $150 per visit. You can also check your plan by state.

The booking tool shows each provider's real open times, so you can see what's available before you book. Insurance visits must be booked at least 72 hours ahead so we can check your benefits. Where online booking isn't open, call (702) 848-2256 to schedule. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Online psychiatry is mental health care from a licensed prescriber over secure video instead of in an office. You get the same core services: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management. At Anywhere Clinic, you can also add talk therapy, with your prescriber and therapist coordinating your care.

You complete a short intake, choose insurance or self-pay, and book a video appointment. If you use insurance, we check your benefits before the visit. At the first visit, your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then recommends a plan. If medication is appropriate, it's sent to your pharmacy. Follow-ups happen by video with the same provider.

Yes. Our providers are licensed in 47 states and D.C., and you can see one by secure video from home if you're in a state we serve during the visit. Choose your state when you book to see providers and times. Telehealth isn't right for every situation, so your provider confirms it fits at your first visit.

Yes, when your provider decides medication is appropriate after evaluating you. Licensed psychiatric prescribers can prescribe most psychiatric medications over video, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. You won't get one just by asking. Controlled substances, such as stimulants, are more tightly regulated and depend on your state and your provider's judgment. We don't prescribe controlled substances in Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

For many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD, research finds outcomes from video care comparable to office visits. Results still vary by person and condition. Some situations, like a crisis or a need for in-person assessment, call for face-to-face care, and your provider will tell you if that applies.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider will discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan.

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, and more. Your provider tells you if your needs call for a different level of care.
