Same provider, visit after visit, with same-week intake whether you're in Lincoln Park, Naperville, or a farmhouse outside Effingham. Downstate patients use us specifically because Memorial Medical in Springfield and SIH in Carbondale are often the only in-person options for hours; Chicago-metro patients use us to skip the trip to Northwestern, Rush, or the U of C.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (the dominant carrier statewide), Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana. Get Covered Illinois marketplace plans through these carriers are accepted.
