In Kentucky we're in network with Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. We aren't in network with Kentucky Medicaid yet, and Medicaid can't be billed out of network, so self-pay is $150 per visit. If another plan isn't listed, check it on our insurance checker.
We treat psychiatric conditions and we work alongside SUD providers, but we do not provide buprenorphine maintenance, methadone, or primary substance-use treatment. If you're in active opioid recovery and need integrated care, we can coordinate with your existing prescriber. For Kratom dependence specifically, we run a structured detox program.
