Your first appointment with us is a 30-minute video visit with a Minnesota-licensed psychiatric provider. We review your history, current symptoms, prior medications, and goals, then build a plan you agree with. When appropriate, prescriptions go to any Minnesota pharmacy: CVS, Walgreens, Cub, Thrifty White, or your local independent.

Minnesota winters are long, dark, and hard on mood. We treat winter-pattern seasonal affective disorder. Our intake screens for it specifically, and we coordinate light-therapy protocols alongside SSRIs or bupropion when indicated, ideally starting before the freeze rather than in the middle of it.

Year-round, we treat anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and bipolar disorder for adults statewide. You keep the same provider visit after visit — no re-explaining your history, no rotating roster.

We aren't in network with any plan in Minnesota yet; self-pay is $150 per visit. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, we can give you a superbill to submit. Medicaid can't be billed out of network. Self-pay patients see one flat per-visit rate with no facility fees, published on our pricing page.

You get the same core services: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and medication management. At Anywhere Clinic, you can also add talk therapy, with your prescriber and therapist coordinating your care.

You complete a short intake, choose insurance or self-pay, and book a video appointment. If you use insurance, we check your benefits before the visit. At the first visit, your provider asks about your symptoms, history and goals, then recommends a plan. If medication is appropriate, it's sent to your pharmacy. Follow-ups happen by video with the same provider.

Yes. Our providers are licensed in 47 states and D.C., and you can see one by secure video from home if you're in a state we serve during the visit. Choose your state when you book to see providers and times. Telehealth isn't right for every situation, so your provider confirms it fits at your first visit.

Yes, when your provider decides medication is appropriate after evaluating you. Licensed psychiatric prescribers can prescribe most psychiatric medications over video, and prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. You won't get one just by asking. Controlled substances, such as stimulants, are more tightly regulated and depend on your state and your provider's judgment. We don't prescribe controlled substances in Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

For many conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD, research finds outcomes from video care comparable to office visits. Results still vary by person and condition. Some situations, like a crisis or a need for in-person assessment, call for face-to-face care, and your provider will tell you if that applies.

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation lasting about 30 to 40 minutes. Your provider will discuss your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan.
